Your Safety Comes First

Triathlon is a physically demanding sport. Before registering for any TriAthy race, please satisfy yourself that you are medically fit and physically capable of completing your chosen distance. If in any doubt, consult your GP or a sports medicine professional.

The Race Finder quiz above is a guide only β€” it cannot assess your individual fitness or medical history. Only you (and your doctor) can make that call. We strongly recommend that first-time triathletes start with the TRY or SPRINT distance and build up in future years.

All TriAthy participants must complete Online Check-In before race day, which includes a medical declaration and waiver. Triathlon Ireland licence or one-day insurance is required. Full details are in the Athlete Guide, published in early May.
