Transfer Your Entry to Someone Else
Use this form to request a transfer of your TriAthy 2026 entry to another person. Requests close at 23:59 on Wednesday 20 May 2026 and are processed manually in batches — we’ll come back to you within 2 business days with next steps, including the Stripe link for payment.
A €5.00 administration fee applies to all race transfers. Before you start, have the following to hand:
- The email address you used when registering with Active Europe, and your date of birth
- The new entrant’s full name, email, date of birth, phone number, and nationality
How this works
- 1 Submit form Both parties notified by email with a shared reference number.
- 2 You pay the €5 admin fee We email you a Stripe link. The transfer only proceeds once paid.
- 3 We process the transfer Within 2 business days — you're withdrawn, they're invited.
- 4 They complete Check-In Active Europe emails them a fresh registration to complete.
About the original entry fee
TriAthy doesn’t refund or re-charge what you originally paid Active Europe. Once you submit this transfer, how much the new entrant reimburses you — whether that’s the full amount, a lower figure reflecting merchandise you’d like to hand over, or a handshake between family or clubmates — is a private matter between the two of you. TriAthy only collects the €5.00 administration fee from you (or a higher fee if your race pack has already been posted).
About merchandise
If you bought branded items (t-shirt, hoodie, cycle jersey), we’ll confirm preferred sizes with the new entrant when we process the transfer. A kitbag, if selected, stays with the entry.
