I paid but I don’t seem to be entered – what should I do?

If your card was charged but you have no email from Stripe or from entries@triathy.com, check your spam folder first — the confirmation usually arrives within minutes.
Occasionally a payment completes a few minutes after the checkout page closes; give it 30 minutes.
Still nothing? Contact us with the name on the entry, the email you used and the Stripe receipt reference (if you have one). We check every case against the payment record and confirm your entry or refund a failed one.
Please don’t enter a second time to be sure — the form warns you if an entry already exists in your name.
