You are entered when you receive two emails:
- a payment receipt from Stripe, and
- your TriAthy registration confirmation from entries@triathy.com with your race, your entry reference (e.g. TA27-XXXXX), a QR code to present at the event and links to change or transfer your entry.
Both normally arrive within a few minutes of paying. Please add entries@triathy.com and info@triathy.com to your address book so nothing lands in spam, and keep the confirmation — you will be asked to present it at the event.
Check the entrants list. Confirmed entrants appear on our live entries page shortly after payment, showing name and race (see What appears on the public entrants list?).
No confirmation?
- Check your spam or promotions folder first.
- If you have a Stripe receipt but no TriAthy confirmation after 30 minutes, contact us with the name on the entry and the receipt reference — do not enter again.
- If you have neither a receipt nor a confirmation, the payment did not complete and you are not entered.
Emails from us. Essential race information (confirmation, Online Check-In, race-week instructions, race-morning alerts) is part of your entry. News and offers are optional — you chose this on the entry form and every email has a one-click opt-out. See What emails and texts will I receive?
