Change Your Race Category
Use this form to request a change of race category (ie. move to a different TriAthy race). Requests close at 23:59 on Wednesday 20 May 2026 and are processed manually in batches — we’ll come back to you within 2 business days with next steps, including any payment required.
Before you start, have the following to hand:
- The email address you used when registering with Active Europe
- Your date of birth
- The race distance you want to move to
Notes: if the new race is more expensive than your current one, we’ll send a Stripe link for the price difference. Downgrades to shorter distances are processed without refund. Places must also be available in the target race — if it’s full by the time we process your request, we’ll come back to you with alternatives.
