If you believe there is an error with your recorded race time or finishing position, please follow the process below.
On Race Day
A Results Query Desk will be available near the finish area on race day. If you notice an obvious issue with your result (e.g., a missing split time), please raise it with our timing team while on-site. Having your race bib number to hand will help speed up the process.
After Race Day
All results published on race day are provisional. If you wish to formally query your result after the event, please contact us via our online form within 48 hours of the provisional results being published. Please include:
- Your full name and race bib number
- The race you competed in (TA-100, Olympic, Sprint, or Try)
- A clear description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., GPS data from your own watch)
Queries will be reviewed by the Race Director and our timing partner. You will receive a response within 5 working days of the event. Please note that the Race Director’s decision on all results is final.
