The Athlete Guide is TriAthy’s comprehensive pre-race document. It is the most important piece of communication you will receive before race day and will supersede all other information on this website.
What does it contain?
The Athlete Guide covers everything you need to know for race day, including:
- Exact race start times for all four races
- Transition area maps and opening times
- Detailed course maps for swim, bike and run
- Race Pack collection venue and opening hours
- Race briefing schedule
- Road closure timings
- Parking information and directions
- Emergency procedures and key contacts
When will it be available?
The Athlete Guide will be emailed to all registered participants approximately 10 days before race day (around 20 May 2026). It will also be available to download from the TriAthy homepage.
To ensure you receive it, please add info@triathy.ie to your email address book and check your spam folder if you haven’t received it by 22 May 2026.
